My Son's Epsinophil Is 52. Normal Range Is 0-8. It's

my son's epsinophil is 52. normal range is 0-8. it's quite high. His neutrophil is 12000. range given is 25000- 70000. neutrophil is very low. he had been into into surgery from bone dislocation and fracture. after a month. he had osteomylitis due to psuedomona. he was taking ciprofloxacin for 8 weeks. but even before the surgery his eosinophil is already 33. all the rest was still normal. what treatment can you advise?
