My Sons Forearm Hit The Ground When He Fell At

my sons forearm hit the ground when he fell at recess today. And now when he gets home, there is a small lump (size of a marble), on his forearm, right below the elbow. It is tender to the touch, but he didn't even know it was there til I felt it. Any ideas?
