my spine is pinched in my neck i can nt walk very far and i have no grip it took the va 1 year plus so i went to an out side dr and he got an mri in 3 days the surgent said he could not repair what is alll ready done all he could do is keep it from getting worse the surgery is in the end of august so should i hold the va responsable
