My Stomach/chest And Legs Feel Very Warm Sometimes A Bit

my stomach/chest and legs feel very warm sometimes a bit hot but my feet and most of my arm feel very cold and im sweating in most places I have tried taking off some clothes but then I just feel very cold all over also tried putting on a blanket and that makes me feel hot and I sweat more
