My Suger Is 457 I Stop Take My Insulin Because

my suger is 457 i stop take my insulin because it was blowing me up and I can't take the Met Forman because it hurts my stomach really bad it makes me real sick I stop eating all the sugary stuff and the fatty food but now I don't have much of an appetite I diss mostly drink water or maybe a little juice here and there what do I do
