My Symptoms Are 1. Tinnitus . 2. Post Nasal Drip

my symptoms are 1. tinnitus . 2. post nasal drip ( I think). 3. right ear pain ( not constant). when my ear hurts I plug my nose and I feel like I blow air out the ear and it feels better? my throat is red all the time(not really that sore). I feel kinda dizzy or light headed often?
