My Symptoms Are Coughing Due To Tickle In Throat, Chest

my symptoms are coughing due to tickle in throat, chest hurts when I cough. headache, right ear, nose and teeth hurt, sneezing, runny nose.
I'm guessing I have a sinus infection and bronchitis. I heard that you don't need an antibiotic for these symptoms. Should I go to the doctor or ride it out?
