my symptoms are itching and burning and one day I saw red spots of the head of my penis which looked like something I looked up called balanitis/thrush they went away but the itching and burning is still going on and I feel like there might be some swelling which makes it hurt when I pull my foreskin back it feels like it's tight I don't know what it is and I'm worried it might be an STD
