My Systom Is Sever Cramps In The Calves If My

my systom is sever cramps in the calves if my leg while i am sleeping, I have to get up & walk till the cramp stops in both legs. also during the day its like my hands begin to cramp up & I begin opening & closing my hand till feels normal on both hands. My urine smells like urine that has been in a potty chair for 3 days, insomnia, & head aches, I am a 61 yr old woman, I'm on Prozac, omeprazole. aripiprazole, & Immetrix
