My Ten Year Old Daughter Had Been Taking Desmopressin Acetate

my ten year old daughter had been taking desmopressin acetate 0.2 mg 3 per night she also got stung about a month ago and a knot came up and it didnt go down her arms and legs have become tight feeling and she says her stomach hurts so i took her to the dr and they put her on zantac 150 mg 2 per day loratadine 2 tsp 1 a day and triamcinolone acetonide cream 5 days ago nothing has changed and she just vomited a small amount and its orangish in color as far as i know she hasnt eaten anything that color. What could be going on
