My Testical Is Swelling I Get Erection Ejaculate Chills Fever

my testical is swelling i get erection ejaculate chills fever and it is cause from what i thin some type of substance but i dont know what
dr say its epindytis but nothing cures it and they cant explain how i get sever epsodes

i dont have credit card and i have searched the internet and been to Dr left and right . my righ ball is swole the size of base all right now and all i can do is put ice on it, i had fever and chills and red blood shot eys when it started, if you can send me a suggestion to YYYY@YYYY i would greatly appeircatie it, what could i eat or touch that would cause this
