My Testicles Have Been Hurting , Off And On For

my testicles have been hurting , off and on for about a week , was checking myself and feels like there is multiple large pea size something in the right side of my scrotum ,, and my insurance is horrible ,, any thoughts of what they may be would be greatly appreciated
