My Three Year Old Son Is Thriving Normally Other Than

my three year old son is thriving normally other than he cannot not express a lot of what he want's to say.He understands everything. He can repeat after me. and can say some words and use them appropriately. He has started speech therapy and his therapist suggests aphasia may be the problem. Thank's Jessica
