My Tongue Has Had A Sore On It For About

my tongue has had a sore on it for about 3 weeks went to the doctor last week gave me cream to treat it with also have film on teeth and feels like strings with bubbles on them and sometimes feels like waded up paper coming out of my teeth can't see anything but can feel it please help what can this be
