My Transvaginal Ultrasound Says.. Uterous Is In The Midline, Anverted

my transvaginal ultrasound says.. uterous is in the midline, anverted & normal in size Measuring 6.4X4.0X4.3-cm. Endometrial stripe is thickened, 1.2-cm. Cervix is well Defined. Both ovaries are normal in size with thinly scattered follicle cysts of less than 1.2-cm. right and left ovaries measure 2.4X 1.3-cm & 2.5X1.1-cm respectively. Falopian tubes are not dilated. Retrouterine & retrovesicle areas are clear. remainder is unremarkable.
