My Tummy Area Is V Tender And It Hurts When

my tummy area is v tender and it hurts when i cough and sneeze. my lowerpelvic area is hurting too and i had v severe cramping pains in my right leg at top in groin.this lasted for many hours.a couple of days prior to this i finished my period but then it started to bleed lightly bright red and then dark red.
