My Uncle Billy Is All Sore An I Went Up

my uncle billy is all sore an i went up tonight he nearly fell an his legs were limping so i got um bk on his seat an i says whats that lump doing there an asked um if it was hard an he says ye an its grown he said he is in his 80s an says to um want me to call an ambulance an hes said no cause they will keep me in i says i'd go an see the doc with u then. an he says they dont do anything,hes no been eating .an when he does its a couple of bits then bin.plus pains on his chest an belly .but hes been told hes only got a we bit of heart letf
