my underarm feels like a sunburn but is not burned . i thought i tore a muscle when jumping off the truck and using my arm for support. It is not getting worse or better after 2 weeks. feels better when i lift my arms and clasp my hands behind my head. today my left armpit feels like a mild burn but not as severe as right armpit. there is no rash or bites etc:
