my upper back, neck and shoulder are always sore, my arms sometimes feel numb every morning when im get up from the bed. my posture is not good( not slender). My work before is a sewer, and now i'm schooling and carrying heavy backpack . I'm 50 yrs old now. Is this the sign of fibromyalgia?
