My Upper Stomach Has Severe Stabbing Pain In The Middle

my upper stomach has severe stabbing pain in the middle but the pain also wraps around from side to side i have had this pain on and off for a couple weeks but now the past 3 days i have gotten no relief i feel like it may be worse after i eat but recently the pain is so bad that even though i'm hungry i'm to uncomfortable to eat also i usually only have a bowel movement every other day and the past three days i have went 4 to 5 times but not diarrea i had gastric bypass 4 years ago and i was told that they were going to remove my gallbladder but didn't in the end i thought maybe it was just bad gas but it's not should i go to the hospital the pain comes on strong and then it will just subside
