My Wife Margaret Has Chronic Neck Pain,sometimes Traveling Down Arms,and

my wife Margaret has chronic neck pain,sometimes traveling down arms,and numbness,she has arthritis,but this is now really effecting daily life?it is worse when she stands up first thging in the morning? she has seen 2 local docs,but really has not got anythere,she did fall heavily and broke her right arm could this be a herniated disc? hubby john
