My Wife Age 41, She Was Having Regular Periods. This

my wife age 41, she was having regular periods. this month it was due on 11th but till now nothing happened. she has very heavy feeling that she is having but when she goes to toilet to check there is nothing. checked with preg.kit two times, but it shows negative.
