My Wife Had UTI And Cold. She Is On Nitas

my wife had UTI and cold. She is on Nitas 100 since 10 Dec as UTI has not subsided. In btween her cough n cold has improved but she has developed breathing issues leading to breathlessness and palpitations. Doctor suggests Bronchities and has given Cepoderm AZ plus Allegra 180. while 5 day medication is complete but she continues to have palpitations and breathlessness specially if she tries to sleep. kindly advise
