My Wife Had A Severe Stroke In January Of 2009.

my wife had a severe stroke in January of 2009. She is paralyzed on her left side. Is there anything that can be expected of further rehab at this late date. She has medicare which has limited her receiving any rehab except within there limited constraints. I am not expecting a miracle but the use of her left arm/hand would greatly improve her outlook.
