My Wife Had A Subcatanial Mastectomy With Rebuild 15 Years

my wife had a subcatanial mastectomy with rebuild 15 years ago. The implants became too heavy for the tissue that held the right one up. Because of her chest being a different size on each side there is different size of inplant for each side. Right inplant is about 12% larger than the left.
After about a week, she developed cellulitis infection on the right side inplant cavity making it necessary to have a tube inserted on this side to have vancomycin dripped into the incision 2 (two) times a day every day (12 hours apart) for 6 weeks (until trough level for the infection came down to an acceptable level for a week.
She has had 3 appointments since the end of the surgery without acceptable answers about what was thought would be minor problems. She has an appointment tomorrow (Monday, 01/08/2017) to discuss why the pain level is still a little high (not horribly high) & why the incisions on both sides (worse on the right side) have not gone away. Originally the Doctor indicated that the scars on both sides would not be noticeable after 6 months & this was the case on the first inplants 15 years ago. (different doctor now semi-retired doing non medicare involved insurance. Very few problems followed until this recent problem.
Pat was 51 years old at the first surgery & is now 56 plus 4 months.
Can you think of anything we should talk to her (the Doctor) about tomorrow?
Any & all help will be most appreciated. Thanks so much.
