My Wife Had Hepaticojejunostomy Surgery In June 2015 Because Of

my wife had hepaticojejunostomy surgery in June 2015 because of bile duct destroyed during gall bladder surgery. In June 2017 she had triple hernia surgery along the scar line. Today she is still experiencing pain on her right side just below the rib. What could be causing this?
