My Wife Has Alz And Has Been Taking The 9.5mg

my wife has alz and has been taking the 9.5mg exelon patch daily for about 4-5months. She has occasionally had diareha problems. Today she messed in her pants on two deparate occasions today. The big point is she says she was not aware she has done so. The toilet seat was a mess, underpants. long outer pants(somewhat). Could this be caused by the exelon patch? Any suggestions?
