My Wife Has Been Sick For Almost 5 Weeks. She

my wife has been sick for almost 5 weeks. She has been on cipro, avelox, and now she has been put on Bactrim ds . she has terrible headaches, her neck is stiff and sore, she has a small rash on her stomach, and she still is spitting up or sneezing out a light brownish phlemn. She suffered fom severe coccideomycosis 2 years ago, and was placed on diflucan for almost 1.5 years. The lesion in her lung has walled off. Do you think that this is a bacterial, viral, or fungal ? I am a dentist and not qualified to diagnose a medical matter, but I am quite worried about my wife, and the scripts that the physicians have written haven't been effective.
