My Wife Has Chronic Bronchitis. She Is On Advair Diskus

my wife has chronic bronchitis. she is on advair diskus and Spiriva handihaler. she has been on advair the longest. she has lost a lot of weight. from 110-120 is now down to 81#. can these drugs cause this? the weight loss was slow at about half a pound per month. our dr. said it came from to much coughing. she says she always has junk running down her throat causing her to cough. any help is greatly appreciated. thankyoui
