My Wife Has Gone To Bed Feeling Cold After Suffering

my wife has gone to bed feeling cold after suffering symptoms of cold and headache. 3 weeks ago she was in hospital with sepsis of the gut but was treated and made a complete recovery now this problem. I am very worried .her temperature 3 hours ago was 37.4 deg C
any suggestions please??
