My Wife Is 10 Weeks Pregnant Now, She Is Having

my wife is 10 weeks pregnant now, she is having vomitings from last two weeks and gynac suggested to take emeset-4 tablets twice a day before food. she is using it for last three days and no vomits as of now. But when i checked online, some sites suggested NOT to take this tablet during pregnancy , please let us know whether we can take the same or not.
