My Wife Is 40 Years Old..has A History Of Anemia

my wife is 40 years old..has a history of anemia and stress. Had swelling on her feet hands and face. The doctor got her on alprazolam and escitalopram. After using theM the swelling was gone, but since a week she is experiencing lower back pain and sudden blackouts. She says she feels something is crawling in her skull. Any suggestions?She runs a garment business
