My Wife Is 43 Yrs Old, 5'6", 120 Lbs, Has

my wife is 43 yrs old, 5'6", 120 lbs, has always been in good health, no family history of any of these symptoms. We've been to the University of Nebraska Med Center in Omaha for the last 6 weeks, they've ran all sorts of tests, MRI, Cat scan, upper and lower GI, they have yet to find much of anything. She's been to several eye doctors as well. It started with some loss of vision in her left eye, the vision has not gotten worse but has not improved. She's been dealing with severe nausue over the last few weeks and recently it's consitently much worse in the morning than afternoon or evening, it's as if laying down for an extended period of time makes it worse. there has been ringing in her ear along with some other neurological quirks. stool samples and urine have all been tested, no answers. first time user of this service, i submitted the question above and now the site is asking for payment which i'm not comfortable with, i have no idea if this is legitimate. if anyone out there has any ideas i'm more than happy to pay for your time and service.
