My Wife Just Had A Ultra Sound Of The Neck

my wife just had a ultra sound of the neck and the results were multiple cysts in the right lobe 9x8mm and solid nodules in the left lobe 4-5mm she is now in Madras India and she tells me not to worry but I am not so sure.. What is the cure for this???
