My Wife Was Given Meloxicam By A Dr. He Knew

my wife was given meloxicam by a dr. he knew she was allergic to asprin and pencillin. he didnt catch this and pharmacy filled it.was this wrong on dr. and pharmacy to fill it
.she has been todr for 2 ct scans and blood draw. i found side effects on computer. i dont think she should have been given this med. what is your opinion
