My Younger Sister Seem To Have A Psychiatric Problem That

my younger sister seem to have a psychiatric problem that has gone undiagnosed. She currently has 4 children by three different men, all out of wedlock. she gave birth to an additional child (5th) last month, abandoned the baby at the hospital after paying her medical bills and took off. She came back home and continued to live with her kids and other family members none of whom knew she had delivered the baby, until it was announced on the local radion station. she has no remorse for all these happenings and for all these years does the same thing over and over
