Myself 63 Years Old Male From India ,since 5years In

myself 63 years old male from india ,since 5years in usa,there was big flutuation of my business in india ,secondly i could not get job in my intresting field .medicine ,back home i was owner of medical diagnostic centre ,medical graduate ,at present suddenly starts sinkig sensation in upper left part of chest .but disappear after some time , average time is about 2 to 10 minutes .what should i do ,
