Need Help I Got My Navel Pierced In March And

need help I got my navel pierced in March and it looks horrible I need an advice?
It was healing fine till a month ago the ball started sinking and it looked purple so I bought a longer ring and I just changed it last night but today when I woke up it hurt bad and during the day the ring got stuck and it just looks really disgusting and I’m worried! I didn’t pierce it where I live I pierced it in another state so idk what to do I’ve been doing saline soaks and cleaning it with saline solution
