Need Help. Severe Copd But Ears Wont Stop Ringing, Heart

need help. severe copd but ears wont stop ringing, heart flutters, high pitched frequency running thru my head, chest paing numb arms and ice cold feet sorry cant pay, didn't know the cost but need help. my dr dropped me and there are no others availab due to medicade wait list. cant breathe and just left the hospital on my own accord due to lack of care and no dr. no-one would tell me or my family anything. don't know whats wrong need help
