Need Some Advice My Daughter Is 4 She Has Been

need some advice my daughter is 4 she has been unwell for some time now over about 3 month period, constant colds, ear infections etc.. since last Friday she has had this terrible cough it's really bad and chesty but she can't bring anything uo, she is suffering from fatigue a lot and yesterday I noticed how much weight she has lost over the last 3 days (a huge amount) the gp said it's croup and didn't really do much. my daughter is running a temperature every night but I can't continue to give calpol as it's every night I am dosing her up and surely that isn't good. she seems to not be cooling down with the calpol tonight and is complaining of stomach ache and I just do not know what I can do for her i'm so worried her weight loss is huge and that is what scaring me most
