Need To Find A Hand Surgeon Who Accepts Va Medicaid.

need to find a hand surgeon who accepts Va Medicaid. I have severe carpel tunnel syndrome & my hands have been numb and in horrible pain since mid-April. Please advise, as I'm concerned the longer this continues, I may lose most or all feeling in my first three fingers in both hands. My neurologist has said I have to have surgery, but it's very hard to find a hand surgeon in Va who takes Va Medicaid.
