Not Sure If Bruised Myself Having Sex. My Pubic Bone

not sure if bruised myself having sex. My pubic bone area is bruised about two inch spot and sore to the touch. my scrotum is swollen and dark red almost black. My penis shaft is swollen and same color. Only pain
is the spot on my pelvic bone. I am able to urinate. No discharge or blood. Have been icing for the last 4.5 hours.
