Not Sure If Should See A Urologist Or A Dermatologist

not sure if should see a Urologist or a Dermatologist
On the 3rd of January , this year.... I had a brief sexual encounter(unprotected)
about 2 days later I got(what looked like a couple cold sores on my lip)

The moment I saw these and started looking up Genital Warts/Herpes
my midsection started feeling hot, I broke out into a body sweat
Now to this day, even though I have yet to find any clear cut lesions
I have had burning sensation, some itchiness located on testicles(or in.. cant tell)
and around that area. I was tested for chlamydia ,Ghon,HIV, and Herpes 1 and 2
But the herpes 2 test was only 14 days post exposure , I showed positive for
herpes 1 , but he said it showed as if I contracted that a long time ago

Seems as if my anxiety has all but ended BUT the burning/strange sensation still occurs
sometimes worse than other times....

Any help at all on this. Been 2 months now and starting to worry its not going to stop ?
