Oh Really Wish You Could Help. Child Adopted From Foster

oh really wish you could help. child adopted from foster care and tossed around until the age of 3 and half. was with 7 families before we adopted. bio mom was in foster care w/ hx of bipolar schizophrenia and her family w/ ptds and was abused. bio day 8 years older than her. was in homeless shelter when my son was born. foster care took bio mom and baby into custody. in foster care even at the age of 15 months, banging his head into cement block walls at days care, aggressive behavior, biting himself til bleeds. now at the age of 8 has been kicked out of school, placed in several programs and they say he doesn't progress. can he have a fire weapon?..yeh I know the answer but my husband needs to see the answer.
