Ok I Have A 12 Year Old Cockapoo Who We

ok I have a 12 year old cockapoo who we we're told has collapsed windpipe and congestive heart and fluid on the lungs. Right now he has been coughing violently with heavy breathing, wheezing and panting. He seems to be tiring. We wonder what can be done for him on a sunday night before we can get him to a vet. thank you.
