O.k. I Have A Rt. Broken Arm/wrist, And Carpel Tunnel

o.k. I have a rt. broken arm/wrist, and carpel tunnel numbness on left side. But, I will try. My Md. gave me a prescription for Norditropin flexpro 15mg/1.5 ml pen injector 3 mo. supply with one refill. according to my wellcare prescription formulary it is available, but only with prior authorization. Of course, they denied it. Said that medically I didn't 'need' it. I do not exactly know the criteria that was based on. I have not had hg1 etc blood tests , but all the adult deficiency symptoms
