Ok I Have Had A Problem With My Neck For

ok I have had a problem with my neck for about a week. The right side has a lump the size of a golf ball and it is painful to touch. I also have a smaller lump on the right side and that one does not hurt I have had problems with my cuts or pimples getting inflamed and full of pus for the last month. I also am getting hot and cold chills mostly in the afternoon they last for a few seconds and then I feel a bit warm. why does this happen my neck is my biggest concern it feels like a boil the pain makes it hard to turn my head in any direction.
