ok I just had a pap smear and then was to do a Pelvic Ultrasound with Transabdominal and transvaginal imaging. I am 55, 5'3" 280 ponds and am postmenopausal. The report that came back is the uterus measures 8.0x3.2x4.1 centimeters. There are a couple of nabothian cysts. There is a 2-1 cintimeter probable uterine fibroid seen within the posterior fundal region. The endometrial complex measures 7 millimeters which is enlarged for a postmentalpausal female with bleeding, Direct visualization is recommended. No endometrial mass identified. The right ovary measures 1.5x1.5x1.7 centimeters. The left ovary measures 2.1x1.3x2.2 centimeters. Both ovaries are nomal in size and echogenicity and demostrate normal vascularity, No free fluid identified. When all this started I was having kidney stone problem. Me question is should I be worried about any of this.
