Ok I Have Siatica Which Left Me For Over A

ok i have siatica which left me for over a year now the bloody thing is back again Y. i thought it was gone for good i thought the gelly that comes out of the disc might have dried up and not be hitting of he siatic nerve no more but y did it come back i had it for about 16 months before it went?
