Ok Ive Been Going To Pain Mang For Three Yrs.they

ok ive been going to pain mang for three yrs.they prescribe me methadome and oxycodone .my doc started winging me off methadome at my request due to weight gain etc...come to find out im pregent probably six months or so just didnt have any signs only in the recent two weeks..im scared very scared i havent made an appt w obgyn yet will do so monday will i continue to recieve med from pain clinnic or will obgyn prescribe me the medicine ?will they stop my medicine ? please i will feel so much better if i can hear an opinion
